Educational Qualification:
- For Junior Engineer post: The applicant should have retired as regular Junior Engg or from any Government Department/ PSU/ Board/ Corporation/ Authority in relevant field
- For Clerk/ Assistant post: The individual should have retired as regular Clerk or from any Government Department/ PSU/ Board/ Corporation/ Authority.

Pay Scale for HUDA Notification 2016
- For Junior Engineer post, the basic salary for the aspirant shall be paid with Rs. 20,000/- per month as consolidated remuneration.
- For Clerk/ Assistant post, the basic salary for the job hunter shall be paid with Rs. 15,000/- per month as consolidated remuneration.
